Yes, payments made through thecouponmaster.com are sent using SSL encryption for securing sensitive information during online transactions. No information provided will be shared with third parties - There are lots of terms and abreviations I'm not familiar with, also I don't understand what $1.00/1, $1.00/2, etc. means - can you explain?
B1G1 - Buy one get one free;
DND-5 - Do Not Double - Coupon code begins with a "5" - this means that at stores where the computer doubles the coupon it WILL double.;
DND-9 - Do Not Double - Coupon code begins with a "9" - this means that the coupon will NOT double.;
CRT - Cash Register Tape;
NED - No Expiration Date;
$1.00/1 - means the coupon will save you $1.00 off the purchase of one of the specified items.;
$1.00/2 - means the coupon will save you $1.00 off the purchase of two of the specified items and so on.
- When do you ship orders placed today?
Orders placed from 6:00 p.m. on Sunday to 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday will ship on Tuesday. Orders placed from 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday through 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday will ship on Wednesday. Orders placed from 11:01 a.m. on Wednesday through 9:00 a.m. on Friday will ship on Friday. Orders placed from 9:01 a.m. on Friday through 7:00 a.m. on Saturday will ship on Saturday. Orders placed from 7:01 a.m. on Saturday through 6:00 p.m. on Sunday will ship on Monday. (Please note all times are Eastern Standard Time) - How do I begin to use the service?
First you must create an account. You will find the link to create the account on the home page. Simply fill in the required information and an account will be created for you. Your login will be your e-mail address so be sure you use a correct address. - When are new coupons added to the site?
Coupons are added to the site on Saturday mornings usually before 7:30 a.m. (eastern time). This means that Sunday’s coupons are available on Saturday morning. - How long will it take my order to arrive?
If you choose standard shipping your order will ship via first class mail this can take 3 to 5 business days depending on where in the country you are located. Priority shipping is generally 2 business days but delivery times are not guaranteed by the post office. Express mail is generally overnight (although there are a few locations - mainly rural areas that take 2 days). Please consult with the USPS website for detailed information. - Where is thecouponmaster.com located?
We are located in North Providence, Rhode Island. All orders are mailed from the main Rhode Island Post Office. - How do I pay for my order?
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you need to pay with American Express follow the paypal payment option to the paypal page and click on the link that says "If you do not have a paypal account click here" this will bring up the paypal credit card processing page. If paying with Mastercard or Visa or Discover please pay thru the Mastercard/Visa/Discover terminal on the site!

If paying through paypal with the use of an e-check please not that your order will NOT ship until your e-check has cleared. - If I send a check, money order or cash how quickly is it applied to my account?
Money orders and cash will be credited to your account the day they are received and you will be notified by e-mail. Checks will be added when they clear my account (approx. 2 business days after receipt). - Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, the minimum required purchase is $3.00 and we require a minimum of 3 of each like coupon unless otherwise noted in teh coupon description. - Are there any fees in addition to the handling fee per coupon?
Yes, you will be charged shipping (depending on the size of your order) and there is a $.50 administration fee. Please note that our shipping fees are calculated by weight. Standard shipping is $.44 for the first ounce and $.20 for each additional ounce. Orders containing 430 coupons or more will be charged package rates and all orders containing 1000 or more coupons will be charged the same rate as our priority option. (We follow the rates set by the US Post Office) - Why do I have to pay an administration fee in addition to the handling fees?
The administration fee covers my cost of processing your payment. - Is there a way I can view the UPC code?
Yes - simply click on the coupon you would like to see the code for and it is listed below the coupon name on the next screen. - Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, simply supply us with a copy of your Military ID and you will be sent a coupon code for 10% off all of your future orders!! - If I ask for coupons (which you provide) outside of the site how are they billed?
Any requests for coupons in addition to an order placed will be billed directly thru paypal. A $.50 admin fee will be imposed regardless of the amount purchased as I am charged for each and every transaction which goes thru paypal. - If I have other questions can I contact you by telephone?

Credit/Gift Vouchers can be purchased by sending a check, money order or cash to The Coupon Master, P.O. Box 40206, Providence, RI 02940. Once purchased the value of the Credit/Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Credit/Gift Voucher Account. The Voucher will be issued upon receipt if you have paid by cash or money order, if you pay by check the Voucher will be issued when your check has cleared. If you have funds in your Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount shows in the Shopping Cart box and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Voucher to some one via e-mail. - How to send Credit/Gift Vouchers
To send a Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Credit/Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Voucher, you need to specify the following: The e-mail address of the person you are send the Voucher to. The amount you want to send (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Voucher Account). A short message will appear in the e-mail. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the e-mail is actually sent). - How to Buy with Credit/Gift Vouchers
If you have funds in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Credit/Gift Voucher Account for the future. - Redeeming Credit/Gift Vouchers
If you receive a Credit/Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Credit/Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Credit/Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Credit/Gift Voucher in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested to create an account, before the Credit/Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout processes, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Credit/Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store - When Problems Occur with Credit/Gift Vouchers

If this happens you need to look for three asterisks next to an item (or items) in your shopping cart. These astericks mean that you are trying to purchase more than I have in stock. Adjust the quantity you are purchasing and you should be able to check out without incident. - What do I do if my order is not correct? Should I mail back the coupons?
If you EVER get an order that is incorrect please contact us immediately. We do try our best to be accurate 100% of the time but being human we do occassionally make mistakes. Please send an e-mail or leave a phone message explaining what the issue is...generally we can resend the correct coupons without you ever having to spend the postage to send the "wrong" coupons back. If they are coupons you cannot use please leave them in the store for someone else to use. We believe that our customers are honest and are truly looking to help them save money so please do not feel it necessary to "prove" our mistake. We know we are human! :) - Are these coupons valid in Canada?
No I'm sorry - all of coupons are valid only in the US. We will do our best to stop all orders to Canada and refund any payment. - If I am using an e-check through Paypal do you hold my order?
Unfortunately at this time we must hold all orders paid via e-check. We have had some problems with e-checks not clearing and unfortunately this rule needs to be implemented. Sorry! - I placed an order but payment did not complete. It has been marked pending payment. How do I complete the order at this point?
You would need to replace the order - in essence checkout again. Many times the items will remain in your cart making this process a bit easier. Unfortunately our inventory changes so quickly that we are not able to guarantee that all items will be in stock which is why going through check out a second time is necessary.
