Yes, payments made through thecouponmaster.com are sent using SSL encryption for securing sensitive information during online transactions. No information provided will be shared with third parties - There are lots of terms and abreviations I'm not familiar with, also I don't understand what $1.00/1, $1.00/2, etc. means - can you explain?
B1G1 - Buy one get one free;
DND-5 - Do Not Double - Coupon code begins with a "5" - this means that at stores where the computer doubles the coupon it WILL double.;
DND-9 - Do Not Double - Coupon code begins with a "9" - this means that the coupon will NOT double.;
CRT - Cash Register Tape;
NED - No Expiration Date;
$1.00/1 - means the coupon will save you $1.00 off the purchase of one of the specified items.;
$1.00/2 - means the coupon will save you $1.00 off the purchase of two of the specified items and so on.
- When do you ship orders placed today?
Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. (eastern time) Monday through Friday are shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday. - How do I begin to use the service?
First you must create an account. You will find the link to create the account on the home page. Simply fill in the required information and an account will be created for you. Your login will be your e-mail address so be sure you use a correct address. - When are new coupons added to the site?
Coupons are added to the site on Saturday mornings usually before 7:30 a.m. (eastern time). This means that Sunday’s coupons are available on Saturday morning. - Where is thecouponmaster.com located?
We are located in North Providence, Rhode Island. All orders are mailed from the main Rhode Island Post Office. - How do I pay for my order?
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. If you need to pay with American Express or Discover follow the paypal payment option to the paypal page and click on the link that says "If you do not have a paypal account click here" this will bring up the paypal credit card processing page. If paying with Mastercard or Visa please pay thru the Mastercard/Visa terminal on the site!

- If I send a check, money order or cash how quickly is it applied to my account?
Money orders and cash will be credited to your account the day they are received and you will be notified by e-mail. Checks will be added when they clear my account (approx. 2 business days after receipt). - Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, the minimum required purchase is $3.00 - Are there any fees in addition to the handling fee per coupon?
Yes, you will be charged shipping (depending on the size of your order) and there is a $.50 administration fee. - Why do I have to pay an administration fee in addition to the handling fees?
The administration fee covers my cost of processing your payment. - Is there a way I can view the UPC code?
Yes - simply click on the coupon you would like to see the code for and it is listed below the coupon name on the next screen. - TROUBLE SHOOTING: I seem to be stuck in a loop. When I try to checkout I just keep getting brought back to my shopping cart. What is going on?
If this happens you need to look for three asterisks next to an item (or items) in your shopping cart. These astericks mean that you are trying to purchase more than I have in stock. Adjust the quantity you are purchasing and you should be able to check out without incident. - You only have 1 or 2 of a particular item in stock - how can I purchase these if the cart defaults to 3?
Well, you can't really purchase them but if you list them in the comment section of your order I will include them (at no cost) if they are still available. (There are times when I actually have more than the 1 or 2 showing - if that is the case they will not be included but will be added back into the site for later purchase - sorry) - If I ask for coupons (which you provide) outside of the site how are they billed?
Any requests for coupons in addition to an order placed will be billed directly thru paypal. A $.50 admin fee will be imposed regardless of the amount purchased as I am charged for each and every transaction which goes thru paypal. - If I have other questions can I contact you by telephone?
Yes, my number is 401-369-9356 (but please remember I am on Eastern Time!) - Purchasing Credit/Gift Vouchers
Credit/Gift Vouchers can be purchased by sending a check, money order or cash to The Coupon Master, P.O. Box 40206, Providence, RI 02940. Once purchased the value of the Credit/Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Credit/Gift Voucher Account. The Voucher will be issued upon receipt if you have paid by cash or money order, if you pay by check the Voucher will be issued when your check has cleared. If you have funds in your Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount shows in the Shopping Cart box and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Voucher to some one via e-mail. - How to send Credit/Gift Vouchers
To send a Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Credit/Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Voucher, you need to specify the following: The e-mail address of the person you are send the Voucher to. The amount you want to send (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Voucher Account). A short message will appear in the e-mail. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the e-mail is actually sent). - How to Buy with Credit/Gift Vouchers
If you have funds in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Credit/Gift Voucher Account for the future. - Redeeming Credit/Gift Vouchers
If you receive a Credit/Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Credit/Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Credit/Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Credit/Gift Voucher in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested to create an account, before the Credit/Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Credit/Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout procces, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Credit/Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store - When Problems Occur with Credit/Gift Vouchers
